According to the latest reports, a technical glitch has caused the delay in the flight. Many children and senior citizens are also on board.

The passengers have also complained about a strange smell of kerosene on the plane, which hints at a leak. However, it is not confirmed yet.

Adding to the troubles, the food on the flight has also expired, reportedly.

According to flight information, the British Airways flight from London to Islamabad was originally scheduled to depart at 9:30 am local time and arrive at 10:15 pm. The new departure time has now been rescheduled to 2:45 pm.
