Security forces have arrested a Fitna Al-Hindustan terrorist during an operation, making a series of revelations about the group’s recruitment methods, training camps, funding, and operational network.
The arrested terrorist, identified as Habibullah, is a resident of Seerandoh in Ornach tehsil of Khuzdar district. During interrogation, he revealed that he was recruited by the terrorist organisation through false promises and financial incentives.
According to Habibullah, he was initially taken to Chanal Dasht for ideological indoctrination before being shifted to the Sargadh camp, where he received training in the use of weapons, explosives, ambush tactics, and methods to conceal his identity and evade security forces after carrying out attacks.
Habibullah said he was paid Rs25,000 for participating in terrorist attacks, including operations in Khuzdar and Bela. He said that the organisation supplied weapons, ammunition, explosives, operational instructions, and communication support before every attack.
The terrorist also confessed to transporting weapons, explosives, food, and medicines to terrorist groups to have taken part in attacks on Sanaru Camp, Khuzdar, Nal, and Bela.
He further said that he was identified and recruited during sit-ins organised by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), which he described as a proxy of Fitna Al-Hindustan.
According to Habibullah, many individuals joined the organisation due to unemployment and were lured by promises of a better future before being blackmailed into staying. He claimed that members attempting to leave the group were killed.
The suspect also alleged that living conditions inside terrorist camps were poor, with shortages of food and basic necessities forcing members to loot nearby villages for survival.
Habibullah further claimed that two civilians were killed when militants opened fire during an attack on a police checkpoint in Khuzdar.
Authorities said the suspect’s confessional statement provides further evidence, in their view, of Fitna Al-Hindustan’s involvement in terrorist activities in Balochistan.
