The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) has announced vacancies for the position of Director Operations in Islamabad, inviting experienced professionals to apply for the senior leadership role.
According to the job advertisement, the Director Operations will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the organisation’s administrative, security, procurement, and operational functions while ensuring close coordination with the Technical/Facility Management Firm.
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and extensive relevant experience may also be considered. Professional certifications in project management or facilities/operations management will be an added advantage.
The position requires at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, operations, facilities management, procurement, and logistics, including a minimum of three years in a senior management role at a reputable international organization, diplomatic mission, development agency, multinational corporation, or a similar institution.
Candidates should also have proven expertise in developing administrative, procurement, and security systems, leading diverse teams, and managing budgets while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
