The bodies of two people were recovered from a car parked in the parking lot of Sea View Apartments in Karachi, on Wednesday morning
The police and the crime scene unit have collected important evidence from the scene.
SSP South Mahzoor Ali said that both the bodies were recovered from a car parked in the garage of the apartment, both of which belong to men.
Mahzoor Ali said that the condition of the bodies is badly decomposed and it seems that both the people were inside the car for a long time.
The police said that two slippers belonging to one person were also found outside the car, while both the people found inside the car were wearing shalwar kameez.
The authorities further said that the car from which the bodies were recovered is registered in the name of Tasleem Zahra.
The police and the crime scene unit have collected important evidence from the scene, while further legal and investigative proceedings are underway.
According to the police, one of the persons has been identified as 34-year-old Asadullah, while the process is underway to identify the other person.
According to initial information, both the persons died due to suffocation, however, the police said that the final cause of death will be known only after the post-mortem report is out.
After collecting evidence, both the bodies were shifted to Jinnah Hospital for further legal action and post-mortem.
