Get Rs70,000 monthly: PRCL announces jobs for fresh graduates

The Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore (PBTE) has announced 400 job opportunities in collaboration with a multinational telecommunications company, with registration and applications now open.

Under the programme, successful candidates will undergo three months of training and receive a monthly stipend of Rs20,000 throughout the training period.

According to PBTE, candidates who successfully complete the training will be offered a monthly salary of Rs45,000.

Applicants with Matriculation or FA qualifications are eligible to appear directly for the interview. Candidates awaiting their Intermediate or DAE results can also participate in the recruitment process.

The age limit for applicants is 18 to 32 years.

The interviews are scheduled for August 22, 2026, at 10am at the Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), located at 21-A Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.

Selected candidates will reportedly begin their training immediately after the interview.

PBTE has also clarified that candidates can appear directly for the interview without first submitting an application through the online portal.

Earlier, the Government of Pakistan launched a new programme with the United Nations, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) that can help to create better job opportunities.

The programme will support 20,000 people who are working in the health and care sector. This programme will help them improve their skills, find better jobs and access social protection.

Phases of the programme

The first phase of the programme will run from July 2026 to July 2027. During this period, the focus will be on improving the skills of 20,000 health and care workers.
