Kaiya has delayed the car deliveries in Pakistan until November 2026.
Chinese carmaker Kaiyi has delayed vehicle deliveries in Pakistan because of international shipping disruptions, severe weather in China and congestion at ports, according to a customer notice.
The company said affected customers should now expect their vehicles to be delivered later in November 2026.
The notice was shared on the official Instagram account of Q-Autos Pakistan, Kaiyi’s distributor in the country.

The delays have been attributed to several logistical challenges, including typhoon-related disruptions affecting vessel movements and sailing schedules, as well as reduced shipping availability and congestion at ports.
These issues have slowed the movement of imported vehicles and disrupted previously scheduled deliveries.
Kaiyi is not the only automaker reporting delays in Pakistan.
In September 2026, Master Changan Motor Limited reportedly informed customers of delivery delays of up to three weeks for its Deepal S05 model.
The company cited shipping disruptions caused by a typhoon in China, limited vessel availability and port congestion following a transporters’ strike in August.
Meanwhile, Nora EV’s chief executive reportedly told PakWheels that the company’s Neo and Metro models, which were expected to be launched at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS), could not be introduced as planned because of a typhoon in the China Sea.
The reported delays suggest that disruptions to international shipping are affecting several vehicle manufacturers operating in Pakistan.
However, the extent of the impact on overall vehicle supplies and whether further delivery delays are expected remain unclear.
