WEB DESK: The peace negotiations are at stake right now, as Russia accused Ukraine of attacking Volodymyr Putin’s house in northern Russia.
The Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, said that Ukraine attacked Putin’s residence with 91 long-range drones, which were all destroyed by Russian air defence. And called the attack “state terrorism.”

The incoming drones were all destroyed by the Russian air defence system. And no casualties or injuries were reported.
He said the attack was conducted at a very critical time, when we are about to make a peace deal. The peace talks will be continued, but the attack will not go unanswered.
The targets for retaliatory strikes have already been locked.
While claiming this, the Russian Foreign Minister was on television. He did not provide any evidence regarding the attack at the President’s residency. He also did not tell where Putin was right now.
Ukraine’s Response to the Accusation
In his defence, the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, denied the accusations of Russia by saying that Russia is planning to strike the Government offices in Kyiv very soon.
“Another round of lies from the Russian Federation,” Zelenskyy told the reporters. He said the Russian Federation has no intention of ending the war between the two States and is trying to fabricate us through such accusations.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said on X that Russian accusations are all a bunch of lies. The world leadership must condemn the Russian false claims.
