Punjab Police: Last 11 robbers of Bosan gang surrender in Muzaffargarh

The last 11 robbers of the dangerous Bosan gang of Kacha criminals surrendered before the Muzaffargarh police in Punjab Police’s successful operation.

As a result of the continuous successful operations of the Punjab Police against Kacha criminals to fulfill the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for a safe Punjab, the last 11 robbers of the dangerous Bosan gang have also surrendered.

The robbers who surrendered were involved in several incidents of kidnapping for ransom, murder, attempted murder, dacoity, robbery, police encounters and other serious crimes.

As a result of the continuous, coordinated and professional strategy of the Punjab Police in Muzaffargarh, special checkpoints established in the Kacha area, use of modern technology and effective cooperation of intelligence agencies, more than 200 Kacha criminals have surrendered before the police so far.

After today, roads, schools and business prosperity will be restored in the Kacha area. Syed Ghazanfar Ali DPO Muzaffargarh Aji Punjab Abdul Karim congratulates the Muzaffargarh police for this successful operation.

The DPO stated, ‘With the surrender of these 11 dacoits, the katcha regions of Muzaffargarh district have been entirely purged of criminal elements.’

Punjab Police end successful operation

During the press conference, heavy weaponry seized from the suspects was showcased to the media. Shah indicated that the operation targeting criminal factions in the katcha areas was executed following the receipt of intelligence reports, utilizing drones, night-vision technology, and effective blockades.

He further mentioned that the Intelligence Bureau, along with other agencies, extended comprehensive support throughout the operation.

The DPO also announced that a developmental roadmap has been formulated for the katcha areas, and its execution has commenced.

As part of this initiative, the construction of schools, colleges, hospitals, and roads is planned to enhance living standards and foster enduring change in the region.
