The loan is completely interest free and can be repaid in easy monthly instalments after starting the job abroad.
What is the fee for Parwaz Card?
The card is available for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled residents of Punjab who have a valid overseas job offer. There is no fee to apply for or register for the card.
Eligibility criteria
To qualify, applicants must be permanent residents of Punjab, aged 18 or older. They must have a valid job offer from an overseas employer.
Typically, the overseas salary must be less than SAR 5,000 or equivalent per month.

The Parwaaz Card application is fully digital and managed by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF).
- To register, first, you have to create an account on the official Parwaaz Portal using your CNIC and mobile number.
- Then select “Job Holder” if you already have a job offer, or “Job Seeker” to browse verified overseas opportunities.
- After this, you have to fill in the personal information and overseas job details.
- You have to then provide CNIC, job offer letter, and other required certificates.
- After this, you have to wait for government verification through official SMS or calls.
