How many locations in Islamabad selected for new digital E-libraries?

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has launched a major initiative to establish modern E-libraries in public parks across Islamabad, aiming to promote digital learning and provide citizens with easy access to knowledge.

The work is currently underway at seven different locations in the federal capital for the development of these digital libraries.

The project is part of CDA’s broader vision to integrate technology-driven educational facilities into public spaces.

The upcoming e-libraries will be equipped with modern digital resources, internet access and comfortable study environments, allowing students, researchers and the general public to benefit from learning opportunities in a peaceful outdoor setting.

The establishment of digital libraries is considered one of CDA’s key projects focused on empowering citizens with modern educational tools and promoting a culture of reading and research in Islamabad.

This was revealed in a high-level meeting chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa.
