Pakistan’s Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has announced multiple job vacancies for candidates across the country.

The recruitment drive was announced by the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, with applications invited from Pakistani nationals who meet the required criteria.

According to the official advertisement issued by ANF Headquarters in Rawalpindi, the organisation is looking to fill 239 positions in various departments and ranks.

The vacancies are open under different quotas, including open merit, provincial quotas, women’s quotas, and minority quotas.

The last date to apply for the positions is March 15, 2026, while the last date for the submission of Rs700 each post online through 1-Link is March 20, 2026.

Positions available

The recruitment includes posts ranging from officers to support staff. Some of the key positions announced include:

  • Driver (BPS-4)

Age and physical requirements

Most posts have an age limit of 18 to 30 years, although the driver post allows candidates up to 35 years of age.

Physical standards have also been specified for certain roles.

Male candidates for uniformed positions generally need a minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches and a chest measurement of 32–34 inches, while female candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches.

Candidates with higher qualifications may be given preference for some positions.

According to the recruitment notice, the age of candidates will be calculated up to the closing date of applications.

The upper age limit already includes a five-year general relaxation.

Additional age relaxation of three years is available for candidates belonging to the scheduled castes, Buddhist communities, recognised tribes of the former FATA, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, rural Sindh and Balochistan.

For retired or released personnel of the Armed Forces, the age limit may be relaxed by 15 years or by the number of years served, whichever is lower.

Government employees applying for the job may receive up to 10 years of age relaxation, if and only if they have completed at least two years of continuous service and are within the age limit of 55 years, where applicable.

ANF has asked interested candidates to submit their applications online through the official website.

Applicants must:

Only applications submitted through the official website will be considered.

Exam centres announced

To facilitate candidates, ANF has set up five examination centres in different parts of the country.

These include centres in Lahore, Rawalpindi/Islamabad and other regional directorates, where recruitment tests and related procedures will take place.

Candidates will be informed about further steps in the recruitment process after the initial application stage.

Application process and fee

Applicants must submit their applications online through the ANF recruitment system.

Each applicant is required to deposit an application fee of Rs700 through the 1Link payment gateway services.

During the recruitment process, candidates must also present their original academic and experience certificates, CNIC and domicile, along with one attested copy of each document at the time of the interview.

Warning against incomplete applications

Authorities have also warned that incomplete applications or submissions containing fake documents or false information will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

The notice states that relevant work experience will be counted only after obtaining the required educational qualification.

Applicants must provide valid documentary proof of their academic credentials and experience.

The quota reserved for persons with disabilities will be implemented according to government policy.

Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post based on their academic qualifications.

If someone applies for more than one position, the application will be considered for the higher post according to their qualification.

The recruitment notice makes it clear that no travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to candidates for tests or interviews.

Officials have advised candidates to carefully read the eligibility criteria and submit complete and accurate information when applying.
