Azerbaijan offers fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students under Heydar Aliyev Grant Program

Azerbaijan has announced scholarships for Pakistani students under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program 2026–27.

The scholarship program allows students to pursue higher education in Azerbaijan.

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) said the scholarship is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at universities in Azerbaijan.

Some perks of the grant program

The scholarship offers several benefits. Selected students will get full tuition fee coverage.

They will also receive one international flight per year.

A monthly stipend of 800 AZN is provided for accommodation, meals, and utilities.

Medical insurance of 200 AZN is included. Visa and registration fees are also covered.

Eligibility criteria for the grant program

Pakistani students who want to apply must submit their applications by March 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM through the HEC scholarship portal.

Khalifa University opens fully funded scholarships 2026

Khalifa University in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has opened applications for its fully funded scholarships for 2026.
