Popular Pakistani YouTuber Saad Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has approached the court seeking the removal of his name from the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Ducky Bhai filed a petition through his lawyer, Usman Latif Advocate, which was heard by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo. In the application, the petitioner argued that his name was added to the PNIL illegally and that the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) failed to issue prior notices before including his name on the list.
The court has sought a report from the NCCIA regarding the matter and adjourned the hearing until March 26.
Meanwhile, a separate hearing was held in a case related to the alleged promotion of a gambling application involving Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi. The proceedings were conducted by Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi, where the accused appeared before the court to mark her attendance, accompanied by her legal counsel, Usman Advocate and Aftab Advocate.
The court directed the NCCIA to submit a report at the next hearing and adjourned the case, while extending Aroob Jatoi’s interim bail until April 6.
It is worth noting that the NCCIA has registered a case against Aroob Jatoi over the alleged promotion of a gambling application.
Earlier, on February 09, 2026, the court indicted Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and several others in the case related to the alleged promotion of gambling and betting applications on social media.
All the accused pleaded not guilty and chose to contest the case. The magistrate had directed the prosecution to present its witnesses at the hearing on February 23.
The case was registered by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
The agency has launched a wider crackdown against YouTubers and TikTok influencers accused of promoting gambling content for money.
Ducky Bhai was arrested by the agency in August last year. He was later granted bail by the Lahore High Court on November 24.
