Shah Rukh Khan has expressed deep pride as his production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, marked its 20th anniversary, reflecting on a journey that began as a simple dream and has since grown into one of Bollywood’s leading banners.
Taking to Instagram, the Bollywood star shared a heartfelt message, recalling how the idea took shape two decades ago with a small but passionate team. He highlighted the efforts of colleagues who have continued to push boundaries, helping filmmakers bring their stories to life on a bigger scale.
In his message, Shah Rukh Khan noted that the team behind Red Chillies has worked with dedication over the years to elevate the quality of cinema and support creative talent. He also expressed gratitude to the company’s visual effects division, which has played a key role in delivering high-quality visuals across numerous projects.
The actor, often referred to as the “King of Bollywood,” co-founded Red Chillies Entertainment with his wife, Gauri Khan, in 2002. Over the years, the studio has built a strong reputation, producing several successful and widely recognised films. These include titles such as Mein Hoon Na, Ra.One, Dear Zindagi, Raees, Zero, Darlings, Jawaan and others that have performed well both commercially and critically.
Meanwhile, in a separate development from the Indian film industry, Salman Khan is reportedly set to share the screen with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan co-star, Nayanthara, in an upcoming high-energy project backed by producer Dil Raju.
According to reports circulating on Wednesday, April 1, the actress, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in 2023, has been signed for the yet-untitled film. The project, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, is expected to feature her alongside Salman Khan in what is being described as an action-driven drama.
The film is currently scheduled to begin production in April next year. It marks another major collaboration for Salman Khan with Dil Raju, following his recent announcement of working together on a new project.
Salman Khan, who shared the update on social media earlier, posted a picture with the producer while hinting at the beginning of this new venture. He described the collaboration as a blend of emotion, intellect and strength, offering fans a glimpse of what to expect from the project.
On the professional front, Salman Khan is also engaged in promoting his upcoming film, Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, which is set for release in August 2026.
