Pakistan’s security agencies have arrested three individuals involved in espionage activities for India’s intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
According to sources, the arrests were made during an effective operation as security forces continue efforts to counter both internal and external threats. The suspects reportedly belong to Narowal, Bahawalpur, and Neelum district of Azad Kashmir.
During initial investigations, the suspects confessed that they were lured through social media platforms using women and financial incentives to gain access to sensitive information. Sources revealed that payments were made through EasyPaisa, cryptocurrency wallets, and bank accounts.
Sources further stated that the suspects remained in continuous contact via social media with individuals allegedly linked to RAW. Following investigations, cases were registered against them under the Official Secrets Act, and legal proceedings have been completed, resulting in convictions.
According to defence experts, India has been using tactics such as financial inducements and honey traps to exploit unsuspecting civilians for malicious purposes. They added that similar cases in the past have exposed attempts by Indian operatives to access sensitive information within Pakistan.
Experts have urged the public to remain cautious while using social media and to stay vigilant against tactics employed by hostile intelligence agencies.
Indian RAW officer’s anti-Pak Army propaganda X account ‘Bahot Baloch’ suspended
Earlier, Bahot Baloch, a controversial X account of an Indian RAW officer Deepak Negi, spreading anti-Pakistan Army propaganda, was permanently suspended.
Bahot Baloch X’s account was a controversial social media handle that spread hate against Pakistan’s armed forces and intelligence agencies.
Earlier, the same anti-state X account, “Bahut Baloch”, confirmed that Salim Baloch, alias Momal, was a BLA commander and was killed during the recent Herof 2.0 operation in Balochistan.

On the other hand, the so-called Human Rights Activist, Mahrang Baloch and Imaan Mazari claimed several times that Salim Baloch is a missing person.

Their narrative, however, now appears misleading in light of BLA’s official confirmation.
The conflicting reports have sparked outrage across social media, with many questioning the credibility of activists who falsely represented a known militant as a victim. Analysts say such misinformation campaigns not only undermine accountability but also exploit sensitive issues like enforced disappearances in Balochistan for personal or political gain.
Salim Baloch’s case serves as a reminder of the dangerous consequences of spreading unverified claims and highlights the need for careful reporting in conflict regions.

The security forces are currently conducting intelligence-based operations in different hilly areas of Balochistan to destroy the hideouts of BLA and other banned terrorist organisations.
The Indian-backed terrorist organisations attacked different areas of Balochistan on Saturday morning, but the response by Pakistan’s armed forces and police was lethal.
