Did PCB Suspend Multan Sultans’ PSL Contract?

Multan Sultans

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suspended Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Multan Sultans after a formal termination notice was issued over an alleged breach of contract.

According to private media outlets quoting sources, the decision was made after statements made by Multan Sultans’ owner, Ali Tareen, lashing out at PCB policies, reportedly triggered the disciplinary action.

The franchise has been served a notice of suspension and a termination warning for violating contractual terms. PCB sources say the development came amid concerns over the franchise’s compliance with league regulations.

Ali Tareen Statements

Multan Sultan owner Ali Tareen earlier, took to social media to share a gossip of Pakistan Super League (PSL), saying “Guys, I have some hilarious PSL goss. Apparently they have asked for performance rates of Jennifer Lopez! Yaaaaaaar kya log hain ye. No work on team renewals, team additions, match day experience/audience. Bus JLO se unki mulakat ho jaye. Ufffffffff”

Later, in a separate post, Tareen made fun of a post announcing the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi.
