Indian backed Afghan Taliban carried out unprovoked shelling on Pakistani civilians in Malik Shaheen village, located in the Katkot border area of Bajaur. As a result, three members of the same family, a woman and two children, were martyred, while three others were seriously injured, according to security sources.

During the operation, Pakistani forces targeted multiple Afghan Taliban positions near Bajaur, reportedly inflicting heavy casualties. Residents of Bajaur strongly condemned the attack and expressed full solidarity with the security forces, according to security sources.
Security forces remain vigilant and are committed to protecting the lives and property of citizens while ensuring lasting peace in the region. Officials said that targeting civilians reflects the attackers’ hostile intentions and desperation.
