Hyderabad Kingsmen have registered their third consecutive win in PSL 11 by defeating Rawalpindi by 5 wickets.
Rawalpindi suffered their sixth consecutive defeat in the match played in Karachi, as Hyderabad Kingsmen once again beat them by 5 wickets. Hyderabad Kingsmen’s Haneen Shah was named Player of the Match for his outstanding bowling performance. The Kingsmen successfully chased the target of 122 runs with 21 balls to spare.
Irfan Khan Niazi scored 34 runs, while captain Marnus Labuschagne and Kushal Perera contributed 32 runs each with outstanding performances. For Rawalpindi, Asif Afridi took two wickets, while Mohammad Amir claimed one wicket.
Marnus Labuschagne scored 32 runs, while Kusal Perera played a key role in the team’s victory with an unbeaten 32 runs. Irfan Khan also contributed a responsible innings of 34 runs to secure the win.
Asif Afridi took two wickets for Rawalpindi, but the other bowlers failed to provide enough support. With this victory, the Kingsmen strengthened their position on the points table, while Rawalpindi suffered another defeat.
Earlier, Rawalpindi batted first and scored 121 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in their allotted overs, setting Hyderabad Kingsmen a target of 122 runs. In the second match of the day in the Pakistan Super League, Karachi Kings will face Islamabad United.
It is also worth noting that in the 23rd match of the tournament, the unbeaten team, Peshawar Zalmi, defeated Quetta Gladiators.
