Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Islamabad, Irfan Nawaz Memon, on Monday announced that entry into the federal capital’s Red Zone will remain completely suspended tomorrow.

Taking to the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, the DC stated: “Entry into Islamabad’s Red Zone to remain suspended on April 21.”

Regarding the offices and schools, he wrote that they have been advised to adopt work-from-home to avoid inconvenience.

The vice president (VP) of the United States (US), JD Vance, is expected to fly from Washington on Tuesday to travel to Pakistan to take part in the second round of peace talks with Iran, according to CNN’s correspondent at the White House.
