Iran send response to US via Pakistan

Iran sent its response on Thursday to the United States (US) to end the war via Pakistani mediators, the Iranian media confirmed.

An international journalist also confirmed the development amid the US-Iran war in his tweet as he wrote online, “Iran transferred its response to the U.S. amendments to the draft agreement to end the war to the United States on Thursday via Pakistani intermediaries, according to a regional source.”

On the other hand, the Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, criticised the US as he said the Pentagon is lying. Abbas Araghchi wrote on X, “The Pentagon is lying. Netanyahu’s gamble has directly cost America $100b so far, four times what is claimed. Indirect costs for U.S. taxpayers are FAR higher.

The monthly bill for each American household is $500 and rising fast. Israel First always means America Last.”

US-Iran peace talks in Islamabad

It is important to mention that Pakistan’s civil and military leadership played an important role as a key mediator between the US and Iran. The US Vice President JD Vance and the Iranian delegation visited Pakistan for peace talks. After the talks, the US Vice President JD Vance said in his press briefing that the talks went well, but both parties have not reached an agreement.

Similarly, JD Vance also thanked Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for playing their best role as key mediators between the US and Iran.
