How to register your complaints online

There are several procedures for how affected women can register their complaints in this police station, and they have been made very easy.

The easiest way for affected women to register their complaints is the 15 emergency helpline. You can easily call and report your complaints.

Apart from this, women can also register their complaints by visiting the Women Safety App live chat feature, the Safe Cities web portal.

In addition to this, they can also directly report their complaint through a live video call.

PSCA launches online complaint tracking system for 15 helpline users

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) previously introduced a new online system to track complaints made through the 15 helpline. This move is expected to improve transparency and make services easier for citizens.

Through this system, people can check the progress of their complaints 24/7.

After an FIR is registered, citizens receive a WhatsApp message with an e-tag number, complaint details, and a download link.

They can download the FIR from home and are also given a username and password to check the status and share feedback.

Women can also get legal support and follow-up help through the Virtual Women Police Station.

The Safe City post-FIR service ensures that affected women stay in contact and receive proper assistance.

Citizens can track their complaints at feedback.psca.gop.pk, you can also contact the Virtual Women Police Station by dialling 15 and selecting option 2.
