Jazz Pakistan has introduced a new initiative called the “She’s Back! Women Returnship Program 2026” to help women who left their jobs for personal reasons.
The program is designed for women already having work experience before taking a career break. Its goal is to help them rebuild confidence and improve professional skills. Through this opportunity, participants will gain experience while working in one of Pakistan’s leading telecommunications companies.
This program gives women the chance to work on real projects that can positively impact the company and their own careers. It also allows participants to rediscover their abilities and adjust back into corporate life.
Moreover, this opportunity is open to women from different educational and professional backgrounds. Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree. Although, higher qualifications may provide an advantage. The initiative welcomes candidates from various academic fields.
This program focuses specifically on experienced women who paused their careers and now want a fresh start, rather than fresh graduates. The opportunity is available within Pakistan. The application deadline for the program is 31 May 2026. Applications can be processed online through the official recruitment portal of Pakistan Mobile Communications.
Resultantly, this initiative reflects a growing effort by companies to support women returning to the workforce by offering flexible opportunities.
