For the main event, Ken Doll wore a shimmering pink outfit designed by Fahad Hussayn, featuring an embellished blazer paired with parachute style trousers.
He also appeared in videos with influencer Hala Owais, where both creators showcased coordinated hot pink looks with a desi inspired touch. Hala Owais wore a sparkling pink saree during the event.
Fans from Pakistan and other countries praised the creators for their fashion choices, confidence and representation at the international beauty gathering.
Earlier, social media influencer Adnan Zafar shared his journey from Adnan to ‘Ken Doll’, revealing how he faced backlash over his new identity.
Appearing in a show on a private news channel, Adnan said that he changed his name from Adnan to ‘Ken Doll’ on the demand of the public.
During his stay in Dubai, people often told him that his height was proportionate, his facial structure (jaw line) was perfect and he looked exactly like Ken from the Barbie movie.
According to Ken Doll, he was very impressed by hearing these words from people and decided to become Ken again.
He said that since he had been a business student and also used social media, he thought why not use this identity as his business.
