PM Shehbaz Sharif condmens attack on Saudi Arabia

Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday strongly condemned the attacks carried out against Saudi Arabia, describing them as a violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

In a statement posted on X, the prime minister said the “reprehensible” attacks had the potential to further undermine regional peace and stability.

Shehbaz reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for Saudi Arabia’s security and expressed complete solidarity with the Kingdom at what he described as a critical time.

He also said Pakistan would continue to support all sincere efforts aimed at promoting peace, stability, security and mutual understanding across the region.


Pakistan strongly condemns Houthi missile attacks against Saudi Arabia

Yemen’s Houthi movement fired missiles at Saudi ​Arabia after accusing the kingdom of bombing an airport under their control on Monday, breaking a four-year truce in the conflict between ‌the kingdom and the Iran-aligned group.

Saudi Arabia intercepted missiles “launched by the terrorist Houthi militia toward the southern region,” the spokesperson for a Saudi-led military coalition in Yemen said on X.
