Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has launched its new customer facilitation initiative, the ‘Sahulat Van’, in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar area.
According to an SSGC statement, the mobile customer facilitation unit has been introduced to provide basic gas-related services to customers at their doorsteps, reducing the need for them to visit customer service centres for routine complaints and service requests.
The initiative aims to save customers the trouble of visiting customer facilitation centres for the resolution of routine complaints and service requests.
The statement added that the ‘Sahulat Van’ will assist customers with issues such as gas leakage complaints, low gas pressure, faulty meters, billing disputes, correction of billing errors, on-the-spot printing of duplicate bills, and guidance on obtaining new gas connections.
SSGC selected Gulistan-e-Jauhar as the launch area for this service due to the high number of complaints and service requests received from customers in the locality.
SSGC stated that guidance on obtaining a new gas connection will also be provided to customers through the same service.
SSGC said that the aim of providing quick and convenient services through the “Sahulat Van” is to improve customer experience and make the complaint resolution process more efficient.
