India Continue Blame Game Against Pakistan After Delhi Blast

India continue blame game against Pakistan after Delhi blast

India seemed to be setting the stage for a blame game against Pakistan after the Delhi blast an excuse for conflict.

By accusing Pakistan, India aimed to achieve several goals:

  1. Winning Global Support:
India wanted the world to see it as a victim of terrorism and Pakistan as the sponsor. This would help India gain sympathy and justify any future diplomatic or even military action.
  2. Controlling the Home Front:
Within India, the blame helped unite people under the banner of national security. It gave the government a reason to tighten surveillance and justify strong internal security measures.
  3. Diplomatic Pressure:
Internationally, India could use this incident to corner Pakistan at global forums like the United Nations, pushing the narrative that Pakistan wasn’t serious about fighting terrorism.
  4. Military Signaling:
By raising tensions, India could show military strength and readiness reminding both Pakistan and the world that it was prepared for any response.
  5. Information Warfare:
Beyond weapons and politics, India was fighting a war of words shaping stories and headlines. It wanted to appear as the victim, forcing Pakistan into the role of the aggressor.

It is pertinent to mention here that an eyewitness identified as Dharmendra issued a statement while talking to the media about the recent New Delhi explosion, saying the blast occurred as he was passing from the opposite direction.

According to his account, four charred bodies were found inside the vehicle, while two people were dead outside and one person was injured.

He described the car as a white Maruti with a number plate registered to “Muhammad Nadeem” from Haryana.

The witness maintains the vehicle was a Suzuki Maruti, alleging that Amit Shah (Minister of Home Affairs of India) and “Godi” (pro-government) media are describing the car model as Hyundai.

He further claims the owner’s name was Nadeem, while Indian intelligence trolls on social media are calling him Salman and Godi media are referring to him as Tariq.
