Adiala Jail authorities allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan to meet his wife Bushra Bibi in the jail premises, a private media channel reported.
According to jail officials, Imran Khan and his wife met in the conference room of the jail. The authorities also confirmed that the meeting between them lasted for half an hour.
The jail authorities also said that Bushra Bibi will be allowed to meet the PTI founder once a week. The officials stated that the husband and wife will meet every week for half an hour and during the meeting, both will be able inquire about each other’s well-being.
It is necessary to mention that Imran Khan also met his wife last week.

Aleema Khan on Wednesday announced the end of the PTI sit-in outside Adiala Jail, citing a negligible number of party workers at the site.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aleema Khan asked party workers to join her in a sit-in at Adiala jail a day ago. However, several media reports confirmed that there were a few workers with Aleema Khan during the protest.
After a few hours of sit-in, Aleema Khan announced the end of the protest. It is necessary to mention that major PTI leaders, including the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa leadership, were not present before Adiala jail.
Major leaders from KP, including Sohail Afridi, Meena Khan and Shafi Jan, were also absent.
