Aima Baig, the Pakistani singer, injured her face when she accidentally bumped her head against a door, damaging her face around her eye.
The singer then went on social media to post updates regarding the incident and her condition to her fans.
Baig posted a photo of visible marks and swelling on her face in her Instagram story.
The injury seemed to be more noticeable around her eye, showing the effect of the accident.
The singer, explaining what happened, revealed that at the time she was already suffering from flu, sore throat and fever.

During this period, she accidentally banged her face against a door, causing her to have a serious injury around her eye, she explained.
The singer says the experience was especially painful, as it left her with a very bad bruise around the area.
Her update immediately garnered a lot of attention from fans and they were obviously worried after seeing the severity of her injury.
At 4:30 am, a few hours after the initial video, Baig posted another video on social media, which is no longer available, giving her fans a new update about her health.
She said she has been applying ice to the affected area ever since she suffered the injury, and in the video she revealed that she had been doing this to alleviate swelling and pain.
She also told her fans that she had never had a bruise that big.
The singer, however, did not cease sharing her condition with her fans via social media, despite suffering from a painful injury.
Her updates led to worries among her followers, many of whom were likely hoping that she would recover soon, as she is battling both the injury and her existing flu, fever and throat issues.
