RAWALPINDI: The Armed Forces of Pakistan have paid respect to the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his birth anniversary.
According to ISPR, the Pakistan Army, in a message on the 149th birth anniversary of the founder of Pakistan, said that his leadership helped the Muslims to get a separate homeland.
They added that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s vigilant leadership is an example for the nation and the Armed Forces.
As per ISPR, Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir also paid his sincere gratitude to the Father of the Nation.
The Air Chief and Naval Chief also paid their respect to the Father of the Nation.
The Pakistan Armed Forces promised to follow the vision of Qaid-e-Azam.
The Armed forces are committed to serving their country and maintaining the peace of their country. They added that they will protect their homeland by sacrificing their lives.
They said that they will help grow Pakistan and make it stronger than before.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, COAS & CDF, who is on an official visit to Libya, called on Field Marshal Khalifa Belqasim Haftar, Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Forces and Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Forces.
On arrival, the Field Marshal was accorded a Guard of Honour by a smartly turned-out contingent of the Libyan Armed Forces.
