RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has said the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to deal with both internal and external challenges.
According to the ISPR, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir visited the Gujranwala and Sialkot garrisons, where he was briefed on measures taken to strengthen operational readiness and combat capabilities of the formations.
The Chief of Defence Forces said keeping pace with modern technology is the need of the hour. He added that modern warfare demands agility, precision, situational awareness, and the ability to take timely decisions.
Chief of Defence Forces Asim Munir said the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to deal with all challenges including the enemy’s hybrid warfare, extremist ideologies, and elements seeking to undermine national stability.
The ISPR said the Field Marshal praised the formation’s high professional standards and overall preparedness. He also observed field training exercises and modern simulator-based training facilities.
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir appreciated the high morale of officers and troops, as well as their unwavering commitment to national security.
