Web desk: Commander of the Bahrain National Guard, H.H. General Shaikh Mohammad Bin ISA Bin Salman Al Khalifa, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, at General Headquarters (GHQ) today, on December 3, 2025.
According to an official statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting focused on matters of mutual interest, regional security, and strengthening bilateral defence cooperation.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing military-to-military ties between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The visiting Bahraini commander appreciated the professionalism of the Pakistan Army and acknowledged its contributions to regional peace and stability.
The COAS Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir highlighted the longstanding brotherly relations between the two countries and reiterated Pakistan’s continued support for Bahrain across all areas of cooperation.

Separately, Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces, Lieutenant General Fahad Bin Saud Al-Johani, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, at General Headquarters (GHQ) on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
According to an official statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting focused on matters of mutual interest, regional security, and opportunities to further enhance bilateral defence cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the longstanding and brotherly ties between the armed forces of the two countries.
The COAS Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir expressed satisfaction over the robust defence collaboration and highlighted the importance of continued cooperation in training, capacity building, and intelligence sharing.
Lieutenant General Al-Johani appreciated the professionalism of the Pakistan Army and acknowledged Pakistan’s positive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
Upon his arrival at GHQ, the visiting Saudi commander was presented with a Guard of Honour.
