Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari reacted to the outfit of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz at her son Junaid Safdar’s wedding.
Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz stole the spotlight at her son Junaid Safdar’s baraat in Lahore. She was looking radiant in a pistachio outfit by Iqbal Hussain.
Reacting to Maryam Nawaz’s outfit, Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari commented, “absolutely” on her picture with a heart emoji. PPP’s Sharmila Farooqi also left a heartwarming comment on the Punjab CM’s picture, saying that “I want to look this lovely at my son’s wedding.”

On Mehndi Day, Maryam wore a bright yellow jora by renowned Pakistani designer Nomi Ansari. Maryam Nawaz kept her makeup soft and classic with subtle eye makeup, and nude lips. Her simple styling highlighted the outfit and added to her overall charm.
The baraat ceremony of Junaid Safdar and Shanzeh Ali took place today (Saturday). The bride wore a red saree, while Junaid was dressed in an off-white sherwani.
Shanzeh Ali Rohale is the granddaughter of Nawaz Sharif’s longtime ally and former MNA Sheikh Rohale Asghar.
The valima ceremony will now take place at Jati Umrah, Lahore, on Jan 17th, with approximately 800 guests invited. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, federal and provincial ministers, senior political leaders, and foreign guests are expected to attend the reception.
The functions were held at the Sharif family’s Jati Umra residence. This is the second marriage of Junaid Safdar, following his divorce from Ayesha Saif in 2023.
