A commander of the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) identified as Naeem alias “Doctor,” was killed during an operation in Kandahar, according to security sources.
The slain militant was associated with the BLA’s Majeed Brigade known for carrying out high-profile attacks in the region. Sources said Naeem was considered an important figure within the outlawed group.
Security officials further said that the deceased militant was a close relative of activist Mahrang Baloch.
