Bank Alfalah Premier, in partnership with Dewan Motors, has launched a special offer for Pakistani customers to purchase the all-electric BMW iX2 with 0 per cent financing and priority delivery.

Under this deal, buyers can get financing for up to 18 months without any KIBOR charges or additional spread. This makes it easier to own a luxury electric vehicle.

Monthly instalments start from Rs822,025. This excludes insurance. Additionally, the customers will also benefit from fast track delivery of the vehicle.

The offer also shows Bank Alfalah Premier’s focus on providing the people with premium lifestyle solutions along with flexible financial services with ease.

E-bike on easy instalments

The process of transferring subsidies to eligible recipients of electric bikes under the Prime Minister’s PEV (Personal Electric Vehicle) Scheme has begun, officials said.

Hammad Ali Mansoor, CEO of the Engineering Development Board (EDB), announced that a total of 116,000 electric vehicles will be distributed under the scheme.

According to the details, in the first phase of the scheme, subsidies are being transferred to 41,000 recipients.

These include 40,000 electric bikes, 1,000 rickshaws, and loaders. The second phase will cover subsidies for over 78,000 additional electric vehicles.

Hammad Ali Mansoor added that the government will provide nearly Rs9 billion in subsidies under the PEV scheme this year.

The program aims to make electric bikes easily accessible to students, youth, and women through convenient instalment plans.
