Bugti Tribes Nominate Sarfaraz Bugti as new Chief

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has been nominated as the new chief of the Bugti tribes.

According to sources, the Bugti tribes have decided to entrust Mir Sarfaraz Bugti with the responsibility of leading the tribe under its traditional system. With this decision, he has been elected as the eighth Chief of the Bugti tribes.

Tribal elders welcomed the nomination and offered prayers for his success, leadership, and safety.

The Dastar-tying ceremony was held in the Bekar area of Dera Bugti, where Sarfaraz Bugti was formally turbaned as the Chief of the Bugti tribes.

Senior tribal elders and prominent dignitaries from the Bugti tribes attended the ceremony. Chiefs from various Bugti sub-tribes, including the Shambani, Kalpar, Mondrani, Pirozani, Nothani and Domb tribes, were present at the event.
