Toshakhana records have been in the news headlines for a good long time now, leaving netizens wondering who got the most gifts from the state-owned treasury.

The Cabinet Division has released the Toshakhana record for the quarterly period from October to December 2025.

All individuals deposited the received gifts in the Toshakhana, and the federal government has made additional records public.

According to Cabinet Division documents, during the October–December 2025 quarter, President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the First Lady, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, IT Minister Shaza Fatima, Power Minister Awais Leghari, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema, Speaker of the National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, and Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar are among those who received gifts.

Similarly, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, the President’s Military Secretary, the President’s Spokesperson Murtaza Solangi, the Auditor General of Pakistan, the Minister of State for Railways and Finance, Musharraf Zaidi, DG Minerals Dr. Nawaz Ahmed Warak, the Secretary Economic Affairs, the Secretary IT, the President’s ADC, and others also received gifts.

According to Cabinet Division data, gifts received during the quarter included models of Roza-e-Rasool, the Holy Kaaba and Makkah Mukarramah, paintings, perfumes, shields, carpets, tea sets, swords, daggers, vases, watches, decorative pieces, books, royal caps, souvenirs, table clocks, a metro bus model, coffee pots, shirts, musical instruments, blankets, scarves, ties, and other items.

The documents further state that during October–December 2025, all recipients deposited the gifts in the Toshakhana. The Cabinet Division is currently assessing the value of the received gifts, and the process is underway.

The Cabinet Division’s list does not include a column for the names of gift-givers, whereas the list for the last half of the previous financial year (January–June 2025) did include the names of both foreign and local individuals who presented the gifts.
