ISLAMABAD: Senior investigative journalist Zahid Gishkori has revealed in an exclusive story that ‘All is well’ between the government and establishment as the CDF notification has taken a back seat.
As per details, Zahid Gishkori stated that the notification regarding the Chief of Defence Forces has become secondary because ‘all is well’ between the government and the establishment. He clarified that a formal inauguration of the new command will take place, which will be attended by the President, Prime Minister, and officers of the armed forces.

Earlier,Defence Minister Khawaja Asif also said that the process has been initiated for country’s first Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) notification.
However, the Defence Minister exposed the anti Pakistan elements, saying on his X, that “There is unnecessary and irresponsible speculation about CDF notification. Please be informed that the process has been initiated. PM is returning shortly. Notification will be issued in due course of time. No room for any conjecturing. Period!”
