Chery Master Pakistan has announced that it will officially launch the Chery Tiggo 9 PHEV in Pakistan later this month, with the unveiling scheduled for February 13, 2026.
The company shared the announcement on Facebook, confirming that the event will mark the formal market launch of the model. Full pricing and variant details are expected to be disclosed for the first time at the launch.
The Tiggo 9 was first introduced to Pakistani consumers last year, when Chery Master Pakistan opened pre-booking registrations. However, the upcoming event will formally place the vehicle on sale in the local market.
According to the company, the Tiggo 9 will be positioned as a flagship E-segment SUV. It features a plug-in hybrid powertrain producing a combined 610 horsepower and 920 Nm of torque.
Chery claims the vehicle can travel up to 170 kilometres on electric power alone, while its total driving range is estimated at around 1,400 kilometres when operating in hybrid mode.
The SUV is equipped with a 34.46 kWh battery and includes Level 2 Plus advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Other confirmed features include autonomous parking and front-row massage seats.
Chery Master Pakistan said further specifications, variant options and delivery timelines will be announced at the launch event. The introduction comes as interest in hybrid and electric vehicles continues to grow in Pakistan, particularly in the premium SUV segment.
Chery Tiggo 8 PHEV price revised
Separately, Chery Master Pakistan has announced a price increase for the Chery Tiggo 8 PHEV following the closure of its pre-registration offer.
In a statement to customers, the company thanked buyers for the strong response to the Tiggo series since its debut at the Pakistan Auto Show in November 2025. It described the Tiggo 8 PHEV as Pakistan’s first plug-in hybrid, seven-seater D-segment SUV.
The company said pre-registered customers were offered a special price of Rs10.99 million, which remained valid until January 31, 2026. That offer has now ended.
From February 2, 2026, the Tiggo 8 PHEV will be available at a new introductory price of Rs 11.299 million, applicable to a limited number of units. Deliveries are expected to be completed by June 2026.
Chery Master Pakistan said it remains committed to expanding innovative mobility options in the local market and thanked customers for their continued trust.
