The Punjab Home Department has issued a detailed list of banned organisations and unregistered institutions under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, prohibiting citizens from supporting them.
According to the Home Department, giving Zakat or donations to banned organisations is a criminal offence, and those who provide financial assistance will be punished in accordance with the law.
