A judicial magistrate has ordered the restoration of the frozen bank accounts of well known YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, on Monday, in a case linked to the alleged promotion of a gambling application.

The case names Ducky Bhai, his wife Aroob Jatoi, and others. They are accused of promoting an online gambling app on social media.
During the hearing, the court restored Ducky Bhai’s bank accounts. The magistrate also gave him conditional permission to upload videos on YouTube.
The court noted that the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has objected to 27 of his videos.
The magistrate said that those videos will not be deleted at this stage of the case, according to the reports.
The court directed the NCCIA to produce its witnesses at the next hearing for further examination.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo adjourned the hearing until March 11. The prosecutor was not present during the proceedings.
Ducky Bhai gambling promotion case
The case concerns allegations that Ducky Bhai and others promoted a gambling application.
Authorities had frozen the bank accounts as part of the investigation. The latest court order has temporarily restored the accounts while the trial continues.
Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi
Earlier, on February 09, 2026, the same court indicted Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and several others in the case related to the alleged promotion of gambling and betting applications on social media.
All the accused pleaded not guilty and chose to contest the case. The magistrate had directed the prosecution to present its witnesses at the hearing on February 23.
The case was registered by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
The agency has launched a wider crackdown against YouTubers and TikTok influencers accused of promoting gambling content for money.
Ducky Bhai was arrested by the agency in August last year. He was later granted bail by the Lahore High Court on November 24.
