LAHORE: A fan of popular YouTuber Ducky Bhai has given him a Rs 10 lakh (Rs 1 million) cheque to support him financially.
The support came as Ducky Bhai faces financial problems after access to his YouTube accounts was blocked by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
It is worth noting that Ducky Bhai resumed YouTube activity after securing bail in the apps promotion case.
He started uploading vlogs soon after his release.
His first vlog after bail drew massive attention online. The video reportedly crossed 150 million views in a short time.
This triggered speculation on social media about possible earnings.
Officials say the financial aspects are still under investigation. However Ducky Bhai has maintained that he made no significant earnings and in-fact he is facing financial woos as v-logging is his source of income.
Ducky Bhai in his vlog ‘Biggest Fan Gifts Unboxing’ while opening the gifts showed that a fan sent him a cheque of Rs 1 million to help him during the difficult period.
Ducky Bhai has been unable to earn from his channels since the access closure.
