The district administration has introduced an online E-Fard service for personal records of Peshawar residents to assist the public, allowing citizens to acquire computerised land record documents from the comfort of their homes.
As part of this initiative, residents of Peshawar can now request a Fard for personal records related to computerised revenue estates without the need to visit government offices.
As stated in the official release, to apply for the E-Fard, applicants must access the website https://efardpeshawar.kp.gov.pk/ and thoroughly review the instructions provided before proceeding.
Upon selecting the “Apply for E-Fard” option, applicants are required to input the necessary details of their land into the online form.
After submitting the information, the subsequent page will present an Easypaisa account QR code for the payment of the official fee, which can be scanned using Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any mobile banking application.
Once the payment is completed, applicants should retain the transaction slip, attach it to the application form, and submit their request.
According to the district administration, the E-Fard for personal records will be sent to the applicant’s email address within three days of form submission.
