Emirates has announced the latest update for passengers stranded across the country due to the ongoing strikes in the UAE after the Iran-US-Israel escalation.
Emirates stated that all scheduled flights to and from Dubai will remain suspended until 23:59 hours UAE time on 4 March due to ongoing airspace closures across the region.
In its latest advisory, the airline confirmed it operated a limited number of passenger repatriation and freighter flights on 3 and 4 March.
Priority is being given to customers with earlier bookings on these restricted services. Passengers have been strictly advised not to proceed to the airport unless they have received direct notification from the airline or hold a confirmed booking for the specified flights.
The airline stated that it continues to closely monitor the situation and will adjust its operational schedule accordingly. Updated flight information will be published on its official website.
Passengers are urged to check their flight status online, review the latest operational updates, and monitor their email for notifications regarding any changes or cancellations before heading to the airport.

Emirates has outlined options for passengers affected by cancellations:
- Rebooking: Customers may rebook on an alternate flight to their intended destination for travel on or before 20 March. Those who booked through travel agents must contact their agents directly, while customers who booked with Emirates can contact the airline for assistance.
- Refunds: Passengers with bookings dated on or before 10 March may request a refund by completing the refund form if they booked directly with the airline. Those who booked via travel agents must coordinate refunds through their respective agents.
The airline stated that affected passengers must contact their travel agencies for rebooking if their tickets were issued through an agent. Customers who booked directly with Emirates should reach out to the airline.
Passengers are also requested to ensure their contact details are updated through the “Manage Your Booking” section to receive timely updates.
Additionally, all city check-in points across Dubai remain temporarily closed until further notice.
Emirates thanked its customers for their patience and understanding, reiterating that the safety and security of passengers and crew remain its highest priority.
