A big theft took place during famous pop singer Enrique Iglesias’ concert in Mumbai.
According to reports, a total of 73 phones were stolen while people were enjoying the concert, showing how unsafe such events can be in India. The thieves apparently took advantage of the dense crowd and dim lights.
The worth of the phones were nearly Rs 24 lakh (PKR 7,680,000)
Following this, First Information Reports (FIRs) were registered.
The Mumbai police are trying to identify the culprits using CCTV footage and digital tracking,
The complainants in the theft cases included a makeup artist, hotelier, students, a journalist and also businessmen.
Who attended the concert?
Almost 25,000 people attended the concert.
Many famous Bollywood faces were seen at the concert, including Vidya Balan, Malaika Arora, Rakul Preet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Meiyang Chang, and Rahul Vaidya.
Enrique Iglesias’ concert is back in India after 13 years. On Novemeber 1st, he performed in UAE.
