A 28-year-old famous TikToker, Mismat Shamsu, alias Ayesha Gilamna, was shot dead by unknown gunmen at Bypass Taxila, while her 15-year-old sister, Asmiya, was injured in the incident. According to initial reports, the woman was travelling to Rawalpindi with her sister when an unidentified assailant on a motorcycle intercepted her vehicle near the bypass and opened fire.
She sustained two bullet wounds to the neck and died at the scene. Her teenage sister was injured and was later shifted to PIMS Hospital in Islamabad for medical treatment. Police have launched an investigation into the shooting and are working to identify and arrest the attackers.

The deceased’s body was shifted to THQ Hospital Taxila for medico-legal formalities. According to the FIR registered on the complaint of Shamsu’s father, she allegedly received a phone call from Kashif Kashi and later left her home in a car with her sister and brother.
Police said that when the vehicle reached near a private petrol station, motorcycle-borne assailants opened fire on it. Shamsu Bibi sustained multiple bullet injuries and died as a result. The vehicle went out of control following the attack and crashed into a dumper, leaving her teenage sister, Asmiya, injured. She was shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.
