Fitna al Khwarij terrorists carried out coordinated attacks on police installations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) late at night.
According to police sources, unknown armed men targeted police checkpoints in different areas.
However, the Pakistan Armed Forces foiled the attack by terrorists in three different districts of KP.
Official sources confirmed that Fitna al Khawarij terrorists attacked a police checkpost in the district Bannu.
Similarly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police and Pakistan Army together foiled the attack of Khawarij in the district Hangu.
On the other hand, Indian-backed terrorists also attacked two different police checkposts in Peshawar, but Pakistani security forces thwarted the attack.
As per the details, one police official and seven citizens are injured in the different attacks.
