Who Can Apply?
You must meet these requirements to qualify:
- Hold a valid Punjab domicile certificate.
- Be enrolled in the 1st or 2nd semester of a BS program (or equivalent) at a public university/college or approved private institution.
- For professional programs:
- Medical/Dental (MBBS/BDS) in public sector institutions: at least 80% marks in Intermediate.
- DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) in public sector: at least 75% marks in Intermediate.
- BS Nursing in public sector nursing colleges: at least 65% marks in Intermediate.
- General BS/DPT/D.Pharm programs: at least 65% marks in Intermediate (relaxed to 55% for non-Muslim students).
- Have not received a laptop under any previous government scheme.
- Meet the minimum marks threshold based on your program type.
Students from private universities are now eligible if they achieve at least 65% marks and study in approved institutions. Always check the portal for the latest list of included universities and colleges.
Documents requirement
Prepare clear scanned copies of these before starting your application:
- CNIC (front and back) or B-Form (for minors).
- Punjab domicile certificate.
- Intermediate (FSc/HSSC) marksheet/transcript.
- Matriculation (SSC) marksheet.
- Proof of current enrollment (e.g., university admission letter or semester registration slip).
- Recent passport-size photograph (if prompted by the portal).
Use high-quality scans to prevent rejection due to unclear images.

- Enter academic information: program name, semester, university/college, and previous exam marks (Intermediate).
- Upload the required documents.
- Carefully review everything, then submit the form.
