The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced admissions for the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma Programme for the 2026-28 session.
According to the admission notice, the two-year diploma programme is being offered through PHSA’s network of public health schools across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible female candidates have been invited to apply.
The last date to submit applications is October 8, 2026.
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs600 and submit the completed admission form along with the required documents.
PHSA has also announced the schedule for entrance tests at different public health schools. The tests will be conducted on October 15 and 16, 2026.
Candidates seeking admission have been advised to complete the application process before the deadline and appear for the entry test according to the schedule announced by PHSA.
