GTA VI is already available to add to players’ wishlists on the PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store.
This will give fans the chance to pre-order and be notified when it goes on sale.
With the announcement, Rockstar also released the official cover art of the game, providing players with yet another tease of the game’s branding and style.
The artwork sparked a lot of excitement on social media, with people eagerly anticipating the next chapter of the Grand Theft Auto series.
Rockstar has officially confirmed pre-orders, but hasn’t yet announced the price of the game.
The price is expected to be released on June 25 when pre-orders will open.
While the development budgets of big video games have certainly increased, the industry has been watching closely to see what the price of GTA VI will be.
But Take-Two’s executives have come out and said in the past that they will continue to have a “reasonable pricing strategy” for customers.
The trailers have already garnered hundreds of millions of views, and have sparked a lot of discussion amongst gamers with GTA VI becoming one of the most talked about entertainment products globally.
The game has faced a few setbacks in its development process, heightening fans’ anticipation for Rockstar’s latest open world adventure.
It will be available worldwide on November 19th, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
