K-Electric CEO accused of harassment
Earlier, the Sindh Ombudsman said that the accusation of the woman against the K-Electric CEO had been proven. In his decision, Justice (retd) Shah Nawaz Tariq said that the CEO of K-Electric harassed and mentally tortured the complainant, if Moonis Alvi does not pay the fine, his movable and immovable property should be confiscated.
The Provincial Ombudsman warned the CEO further by saying that his identity card and passport would also be blocked.
In a response to the judgement, the K-Electric CEO posted on social media, saying that he has always upheld the values of integrity and dignity in professional relationships. The recent decision was extremely painful and he would respect the legal process and the institutions that uphold it.
